The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing professional HR support and services across the company, manages Workplace Health & Safety together with Workplace Rehabilitation and the development and manages training throughout the company.
Manage the creation and maintenance of payroll and personnel records both soft and file management, together with Policies and Procedures and Induction Manuals and general staff information. Manage Certified Agreement maintenance and industrial relations changes in payroll system, and respond to enquiries. Manage superannuation matters - applications, exit paperwork, contribution reconciliation and payment.
